Once you’ve booked and completed your payment, you’ll receive information about your upcoming online session and the onboarding documents that need to be completed before we meet.
Choose a quiet, private place where you feel comfortable talking. You don’t need to prepare notes, organize your thoughts, or decide what you want to accomplish ahead of time.
Just come as you are.
During your session
We’ll begin with whatever feels important to you. You might have something specific you’d like to discuss, or you might simply know that you need space to talk.
My approach centers on attentive listening, thoughtful questions, and respect for your individual perspective. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There’s no pressure to find the right words, reach a conclusion, or make a decision during our time together.
This is your time. The conversation follows what matters to you.
After your session
Give yourself permission to reflect on the conversation in whatever way feels natural.
You might notice a new perspective, recognize something that’s been on your mind, or simply appreciate having had the opportunity to speak openly. Every experience is different, and there is no particular result you are expected to achieve.
